In non-hospitalized patients with mild COVID-19, increased mobility should be recommended. Although indiscriminate use of drug therapy for VTE prophylaxis should not be pursued, it is reasonable to conduct a risk assessment of VTE and bleeding. Pharmacological prophylaxis may be indicated after having individually assessed the risk in patients with a high risk of VTE without a high risk of bleeding.
